Request deletion by email
Email [email protected] from your registered email address, if available. Include your registered phone number or email and say that you want your HolaRide account deleted. We verify account ownership before acting; an unverified email alone cannot delete someone else's account.

Delete from your account
In the mobile app or PWA, open Profile → Delete account. On the website, sign in and open Profile → Delete account.

Finish or cancel active trips and bookings first. If you cannot sign in or complete these steps, contact support using the email above so we can help verify ownership and resolve them. Account deletion does not cancel outstanding commissions.
What is removed and what may remain
You can request account deletion from Profile in the app or website, or at hola-ride.com/legal/delete-account. Finish or cancel active trips and bookings first; contact support if you cannot access your account or complete those steps. Deletion disables access, signs you out and removes personal information from ordinary public and operational views. Anonymised trip and commission history remains, including outstanding amounts. Identifiable profile details, identity documents, emergency contacts and uploaded photos are kept in a restricted investigation archive for administrator review. The first review is due within 30 days. Continued retention requires a documented fraud, safety-investigation or applicable legal purpose and a next review date within 12 months. Authorised administrators remove the personal archive and private files when they are no longer necessary; access, decisions and removal are logged. Review dates do not automatically erase evidence, and there is no fixed automatic expiry. Relevant moderation evidence may be retained separately for justified investigations. Contact us to request a review of retained information. Deleting the active account does not promise immediate erasure of every identifiable record.
